Shipping and returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION - SHIPPING COST
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment, often the same day if possible.
All orders shipped to USA locations will be shipped via priority mail or first class mail, depending on distance and order size, and will normally arrive 2 to 3 days after shipping.
More than half of our clientele are international customers. ProgreyUSA takes pride in giving our international customers the same quality support and care as our USA customers. We highly value our relationships with our over-seas clients!
All international orders will be shipped by either Value-Standard Shipping (which does not come with tracking, except a customs form tracking number) or Priority International Shipping (which comes with limited tracking - details of which depend on the receiving post office). Priority International Shipping will normally take 6 to 10 business days to arrive at the destination. Please note: International delivery times are dependant on customs and the length of time customs holds the package is out of our control. Normally, however, shipments will clear customs very quickly, especially with Priority International Shipping. A low value is always declared to make it more cost-effective and efficient for our international clients. Shipments made during holidays can also cause slight additional delays with any of the above shipping methods.
Your private information including all credit card data is NEVER stored on our computers or servers. Our website host uses Stripe as the payment gateway for securely processing credit card orders (https://stripe.com). If your order is placed through Paypal, you normally do not have to have a PayPal account for the order to be processed (checkout as "guest").
Any portion of an order, except Progrey resin filters (including all GND and RGND resin filters) can be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item(s), minus shipping, if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of shipping and are in perfect, unused condition. Progrey resin filters (including GND and RGND filters) cannot be returned after the package has been opened except for manufacturer defects. Please contact us for return shipping information and to notify us of any manufacturer defects. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy! - Progrey USA is not responsible for orders with mis-spelled or incorrect shipping addresses. Sorry, we cannot pay for return shipping expenses. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item(s).
